Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Christiansburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project consists of the preliminary grading of an industrial use pad, roadway construction, stormwater management construction, and watermain installation. Contract is to be awarded on a lump sum basis for all work except for mass rock and trench rock removal, and select karst / soil remediation measures, which will be bid on a Unit Price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
