Ulu Wini Low Income Housing Facility Wastewater Treatment Plant (Wwtp) Renovation Phase 3. Prospective Bidders and all interested parties interested in accessing the plans, specifications, terms and conditions, proposals, and addenda must be registered as a Public Purchase Vendor, Hawaii Region, and Hawaii County Agency. This project generally consists of the installation of a package wastewater treatment plant (WWT Vessel 3) and repurposing of the existing package wastewater treatment plant (WWT Vessel 1) to an equalization tank. The project includes equipment assembly, installation of yard piping, electrical lighting and control improvements, and installation of a steel reinforced concrete foundation. The project requires all work to be sequenced, scheduled, and completed in such a manner as to minimize disruption to existing plant operations in accordance with the requirements provided in the Specifications and Plans.
