Renovation of a municipal facility in Hastings, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All questions regarding this project will be directed to the attention of Adam Montain, Life Safety Systems Administrator at 651-438-4351 or emailed to Adam.Montain@co.dakota.mn.us Bids must be submitted only on the bid form supplied in the Bid Document - Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. It is anticipated the county will consider award of the project a few weeks after bids have been submitted and reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
