Spartanburg LEP Renovation. Work to be performed in accordance with the Technical Specifications/Scope of Work Project Location: 1000 N. Pine Street, #23 (Pinewood Shopping Center), Spartanburg, SC 29303 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall be required to adhere to a work schedule not to exceed 45 (forty-five) working days from the 1st (first) day of preparation. 2. A Contractor's Project Manager shall be required on site daily until completion of all services for this project. 3. The Project Manager shall meet with the SCDHHS Program Director/Project Manager prior to beginning work. 4. At this meeting a Project Work Plan/Schedule must be provided by the Contractor and reviewed/approved by the SCDHHS Program Director/Project Manager. 5. Any changes or deviations in the Work Plan/Schedule must be provided to the SCDHHS Program Director/Project Manager immediately. 6. Scope of Project: a. The Contractor shall be responsible for demolishing the wall and any electrical work outlined in purple per the attached floor plan. b. The Contractor shall be responsible for constructing 2 (two) new walls per the section outlined in red on the floor plan. c. The Contractor shall be responsible for painting the 2 (two) new walls using PPG Paints 15-25 Stonington. d. The Contractor shall be responsible for installing cove base to the new walls per the floor plan using Roppe Ivory 198. e. The Contractor shall be responsible for supplying and installing 2 (two) doors, frames, and hardware outlined in pink per the floor plan. f. The Contractor shall be responsible for painting the newly constructed door frames with Sherwin Williams Seal Skin paint. g. The Contractor shall be responsible for demolishing/removing old file tracks and flooring shaded in blue per the floor plan. h. The Contractor shall be responsible for installing new flooring using style Continuing Education Patcraft carpet squares and Roppe Ivory 198 cove base to the area shaded in blue per the floor plan. i. The Contractor shall be responsible for painting the area shaded in blue per the floor plan using PPG Paints 15-25 Stonington. j. The Contractor shall provide ALL labor, ALL materials and ALL equipment required for this project. k. Work shall be performed in the designated area of the Spartanburg LEP reception area on weekends only. (Times/dates will be coordinated with site Supervisor) l. Work shall be performed in the designated area of the Spartanburg LEP old file room area during normal work hours - (normal work hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, excluding any State holidays).
