On request, Owner will provide Bidder access to the Site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. The site is located at 20009 466 th Avenue in Brookings County, South Dakota. Construction of a water treatment plant for iron and manganese removal of 4.5 MGD. The project includes: precast concrete building, cast-in-place concrete filters and clearwell, chemical feed systems, process piping, pumps, HVAC, electrical, site piping, site grading, and miscellaneous appurtenant work.
