The proposed contract is subject to minimum wage rates set forth by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry and incorporated into the Specifications. This Project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal. See the DBE Special Provisions for requirements. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and irregularities. Proposals and plans may be secured from Murray County.
