Blue Surf Bay Concession Equipment. The City of Blue Springs, MO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this Bid, to enter into a contractual agreement with any contractor submitting a response to this Bid, to delay and/or cancel in part or in its entirety this Bid if it is in the best interest of the City, in their sole opinion, to do so. No offeror may withdraw his bid for a period of (60) sixty days after the date of opening. If there are any questions whatsoever regarding any portion of the instruction or specifications, it shall be the bidder's responsibility to seek clarification immediately from the City of Blue Springs Parks and Recreation Department NO LATER THAN Thursday, February 8th , 2024 by 12:00PM (noon) unless otherwise stated in the documents. IT SHALL BE THE BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE CITY'S WEBSITE FOR ANY AND ALL ADDENDUMS. Any addendums issued will be posted by Friday, February 9th , 2024 at 12:00PM (noon).
