These specifications shall cover the design and application for the replacement of the existing compressor #1 for the chiller unit located at the Police Department building.
2. This proposal shall include the work to replace the existing compressor #1 for the chiller unit located ground level on the west side of the Redford Township Police Department. The new unit to be reviewed and acknowledged for the work under this proposal.
3. Contractor to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary for all prepatory work and operation, including but not limited to those necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, delivery of new compressor to the project site and incidentals to the project site for contractor to perform and undertake the work on this project and for expenses incurred prior to beginning work on this project. This includes all construction costs, including insurance and bonds. The Charter Township of Redford is seeking bids for the replacement of compressor #1 for the chiller unit at the Police Department located at 25833 Elsinore Street in Redford, Michigan, 48239.
