Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Liberal, Kansas. Working plans call for site work for a recreation facility; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

These specifications and the accompanying plans are intended as a general description of the work to be undertaken. In the matter of preparing plans and specifications, there are intricacies of construction which it is impractical to specify in detail, but in such matters the current rules of good practice in the trades shall govern to provide a complete project ready for use. Fairgrounds Complex - Construction (Grading & Draining) Inside Rock Wall The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond equal to 100% percent of the contract price. Such bond will be required at contract signing. All contractors and subcontractors that work on the project must be licensed with Seward County. Solicitations from qualified minority and women-owned businesses, firms, and individuals are encouraged by Seward County. This encouragement does not infer preference and all solicitations will be evaluated equally. The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, the right to waive any or all irregularities therein, and the right to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
