The work covered by this specification includes all supervision, labour, plant, equipment and materials (except those specifically stated to be supplied by NB Power) required for Water Heater Services, Delivery / Repair / Installation / Replacement/ Pick-up for Various Locations, New Brunswick. Further information concerning tendering procedures may be obtained by emailing the NB Power Supply Chain department at AllTenders@nbpower.com. Please be advised: Bid results will not be posted to NBON until the contract has been awarded. Question Deadline 02/19/2024 Tenderer may submit a written request for clarification or interpretation via email to alltenders@nbpower.com. Questions or any clarification requests by the Tenderer may be submitted NB Power, a minimum of 7 calendar days prior to the closing date of this Request for Quote. Questions or clarification requests that are submitted within the six (6) calendar days prior to the closing date may not be considered The Contractorshall be required to provide the Work asrequired and upon request by NB Power for a two (2) year period from May 24th, 2024, until May 21st, 2026. At the end of that period, two (2) additional one (1) year renewable extensions are available on the same terms and conditions asthis Contract if mutually agreed to in writing by both parties prior to the expiry of the preceding Contract term.
