The Flathead County Board of Commissioners is requesting information regarding services, products, business models, approaches, and project delivery methods available for constructing a new Adult Detention Center and Sheriff's Department as detailed in the Scope of Work section of this RFI. All interested parties are invited to submit a response to this Request for Information (RFI). The project will be located in Flathead County, MT. This RFI is being sought strictly for the purpose of gaining knowledge of services, products, business models, approaches, and project delivery methods available with an estimate of their corresponding costs and should not be construed as intent, commitment, or promise to acquire services or solutions offered. No contract will result from any response to this RFI. Questions about this RFI must be submitted via e-mail or in writing to the SPOC by 5:00 p.m., February 20, 2024.
