The City of Fayetteville is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of one (1) submersible non-clog wastewater pump and one (1) horizontal grit pump. These bids are for the purchase of equipment only; installation will be the responsibility of the City. Pumps are bid separately Workers' Compensation: Statutory Amount Comprehensive General & Automotive Liability: $250,000 each person $500,000 aggregate Property Damage Liability: $100,000 aggregate A public bid opening will be conducted shortly after the deadline at City Hall The City of Fayetteville reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject bids, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond ninety calendar days from the bid opening date.
