Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The proposed Work includes parkade waterproofing and asphalt paving replacement for the Fredericton Police Station Parkade Rehabilitation. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified cheque in lieu thereof in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including H.S.T.). Subject to the Contract Documents, the successful Bidder shall be required to provide Performance Guarantees as specified in the Tender Documents The Bid that is compliant with Phase I mandatory requirements hereunder and contains the lowest or any Bid Price will not necessarily be accepted by the City. By submitting a Bid, the Bidderrepresents that they have completed a thorough review of the Tender Documents be completed Failure to read and comply with the current requirements of the Tender Documents may result in your Submission being declared non-compliant and disqualified. Question Deadline: 02/21/2024 All written questions and other communications made by the Bidder prior to execution of the Contract are to be directed solely to the Purchasing Agent.
