The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Robinwood & Dillon Substations - Cable Work is SPCP will be installing new control panels at Robinwood and Dillon substations. 1.2) Scope of Work SPCP will be installing new control panels at Robinwood and Dillon substations. This is a request for substation construction work as detailed below: -Pull all cables (provided by JEA) as detailed in attachment. -Terminate new yard cables in existing yard equipment -Remove existing cables (during outage) as detailed in attachment -Disposal of all removed equipment (control panel and cables) in JEA provided dumpster -Remove old and Install new conduit as needed (contractor provided) -Label all cables -Transport cable from storeroom to Robinwood substation -Transport cable from storeroom to Dillon substation -Transport cable from Northside substation to Robinwood substation -SPCP will provide a no terminate list -All work to take place during the months of March and April 1.3) Background JEA owns, operates and manages the electric system established by the City of Jacksonville, Florida since 1895.
