The bidder agrees, if awarded the contract, to complete fully all work hereunder within (70) consecutive calendar days from and including the specified commencement date indicated in the Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to retain all bids for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. No bid may be withdrawn by a bidder within 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
