The Calgary Public Library (the "Library") is soliciting bids for contractor(s) who can provide servicing and repair of plumbing and mechanical systems in all of Calgary Public Libraries branches, city wide. Services will include but not limited to installing and repairing plumbing fixtures, piping repairs, boiler servicing, backflow preventor inspections, pump repairs. Boilers and backflow preventors will be serviced and inspected on an annual basis with further calls as necessary.
