The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the one-time purchase and delivery of switches, steel poles, and mounting hardware as specified, for Substation G - Substation I. Deadline for Submission of Requests for Information, Questions or Clarifications: April 11, 2024 - 4:30 PM CST Questions should be submitted only to the Purchasing Office via written communication only to purchasing@bentonvillear.com. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond/Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price, payable without condition to the City of Bentonville. The Bond shall not have an expiration date of less than the number of days specified in the Guarantee of Bid section of this IFB document. Personal checks and company checks are NOT acceptable as a Bid guarantee. The awarded Bidder is required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds at the time of Contract signing when the 'Performance & Payment Bonds Required' field below has an "x" mark or when otherwise required in this document.
