Renovation of a fire / police facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Installation of a College provided chilled water and hot water air handler and humidifier to previously installed ductwork in the Larry A. Ward Machining Technologies Center, Lab 107. Payment terms: Net 45 days. Pricing is to be quoted as delivered pricing, FOB Williamsport, PA; freight prepaid and allowed. No additional charges of any kind, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, handling fees, etc. will be accepted. Timeframe: Start after 15 May 2024 and completion by 31 July 2024. Questions in regards to the bid shall be received no later than Wednesday, 31 January. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond of an approved Surety Company, certified check, or cashier's check in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. Labor and Materials Bond and a Performance Bond will be required as part of the contract award. Certification of Insurance will be required as part of the contract award. Prevailing Wage is required. A minimum of three (3) professional references for similar sized work may be requested prior to bid award. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College
