Contractors will provide continuing services for utility infrastructure repair, replacement and installation of various types of field and plant projects throughout the City on a time-and-materials basis for a period of two (2) years with the possibility of three (3) additional one-year extensions. The City of Titusville desires to contract with a pool of vendors to perform the repair, replacement and installation of various types of field and plant projects throughout the City. This agreement will be divided into multiple categories based on project needs. The selected Contractors shall be responsible for providing complete utility contracting services for a wide range of projects within the awarded categories, as requested by the City. Contractors shall be responsible for the knowledge of the required compliance per local, state, and federal mandated regulations and guidelines. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
