**As of April 12, 2024 project was awarded to DigDug Construction but awarded amount is not available.** Founders Memorial Park Sidewalk Connectivity (#PARKS-2024-001) Project generally includes: 1,365 square yards of concrete sidewalk trail, 700 cubic yards of channel excavation and grading, and 25 concrete light post foundations. Proposals will be for the furnishing of all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, labor, superintendence, and all other services and appurtenances required for the construction of the "Project" titled Founders Memorial Park Sidewalk Connectivity Project Proposals must be submitted on City of Dripping Springs forms and must be accompanied by an acceptable proposal security in the form of a cashier's check or bond, payable to the City of Dripping Springs, Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the name of the project as shown above, and the name and address of the Respondent. The successful Respondent must furnish a performance bond and payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and any nonconforming proposal and to award the Contract in a period of time not exceeding 60 days from the proposal due date. Proposals shall remain firm for that period.
