As of February 28, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Sidewalk Improvements in COLLINDALE AVENUE from Burritt Street to 1,070' South of Leonard Street. Furnish all parts, labor, materials, supplies, equipment and other facilities and things necessary and proper for and incidental to the proper performance and completion of the work specified in the Contract Documents, including the drawings and specifications and as required by the City Manager and City Engineer to begin construction within seven (7) calendar days after a Contract is executed (unless otherwise indicated in the Special Specifications) and to complete the work by the date(s) listed below, and for the unit prices stated in the Bid Form. Addenda, if any have been issued, are to be acknowledged on the form provided at the place where bids are received, and a signed copy attached to the bid. This work consists of HMA pavement removal, tree removal, 5 foot concrete sidewalk, Americans with disabilities ramps, 6 inch subbase underdrain, 12 inch storm sewer, basin connections, storm manholes, ditch basins, segmental block retaining wall, fencing, concrete driveway and approach, street trees and appurtenances
