The approximate quantities for the major items of work for this project are as follows: Water Main, DI, 12 inch, Tr Det G Cl 54 530 Ft Water Main, DI, 12 inch Cl 54, Directional Drill 2,000 Ft Cold Milling Pavt 8,200 Syd HMA, 5EL PG 64-22 (Tier 1), Wearing 1,000 Ton Question Deadline 02/14/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes -- Information regarding the bid must be obtained online . General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 %. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check payable to the City of Troy in the amount of $25,000. NO BID BONDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. *The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the Proposals. No bids may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing date and time for receiving bids and may not be withdrawn after receiving a "Notice of Award". All water main installation and roadway resurfacing construction shall be substantially complete by September 1, 2024. All construction, including restoration, shall be complete by December 1, 2024
