The construction will involve the removal and stockpiling of topsoil, the construction of a berm along the north side of the tailwater pond, a concrete pan in South Front Street, and an overflow area on the west side of South Front Street. The tailwater pond will also be repaired from runoff erosion and riprapped to protect portions of the pond and tailwater ditch. The Work will be substantially completed within 14 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed and complete and ready for final payment within 7 consecutive calendar days past substantial completion. All work is to be completed by May 1, 2024.
