Site work and paving for a civil project in Saltcoats, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Over the years the town has been rebuilding and paving the streets as per the yearly budget permits. This has been a slow and expensive process. Council has decided if we want new streets the best approach might be to receive bids, and do the entire project at once. We are looking for tenders to pave the remainder of town, the project completion date would be Septemebr 31, 2024. The scope may be changed or altered to within the project budget, or at the towns discretion. The attached maps show the areas to be paved, the scenario to be used, the culverts to be replaced, the reclaim asphalt areas, the water valve and manhole locations. The scenarios may be altered or required to be changed as work commences due to ground conditions. This will be at the discretion of town council in consultaion with the selected contractor. Viewing or in person consulataion can be made by appointment throgh the town office.
