Paint interior of ali classrooms which include doors, door jambs, & window sills of each classroom. Owner will supply Primer and Urethane Acrylic Sealant. Primer will be delivered once the Owner has inspected prep work. One thick coat of Primer is to be applied. Contractor must clean and prep the interior of rooms to be primed and painted as per manufacturers specifications. Any peeling paint will need to be cut, sanded, and sealed for painting. All holes are to filled prior to painting. Contractor is to cover all areas where painting will be applied including all School equipment (whiteboards, speakers, Tv's, pull stations, horns, thermostats, carpet & wall coving etc.). Any paint spilled on school equipment or carpet will be billed to the Contractor. Paint and primer all rooms using rollers & brushes. Use of airless is prohibited in the rooms. All seams & gaps are to be sealed and filled in prior to priming with Urethane Acrylic Sealant. Prep and sand all windows sills prior to priming using 180/220 gritsandpaper. All staples must be removed prior to priming. Paint will be delivered once the owner has inspected the primer coat. There are to be 2 top coats applied after primer. Owner will inspect work in between coats applied. Contractor must maintain the premise and area of work in a neat condition. All rollers & brushes are to be disposed of by the Contractor. There is not to be any rollers or brushes left inside of paint buckets. Contractor is responsible for removing any window coverings before primer or painting. Contractor is responsible of installing window coverings after painting is done. Empty tubes of Acrylic Sealant are to be placed back in the box upside down. Empty Primer & Paint buckets are to be stacked and kept on site. No Smoking or Smoking in vehicles are permitted on any school property.
