Renovation of a retail development in West Salem, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,696-square-foot retail development.
Floor Replacement at the Midway Shop - Design & Build Project Scope: o This is a design and build Bid. o Complete all necessary permits including DNR 3400-185. o Complete all Agency coordination. o Remove 80% of existing concrete floor, floor drain, and cap pipe to e xisting holding tank. o Install trench style floor drain with sump. o Install 3000 gallon holding tank, with 2 access points and full alarm, connected to the drain. o Install reinforced concrete floor. o Connect to remaining concrete floor using #4 tie bars. o Install temporary plastic sheeting around existing equipment during replacement work. o Include any modifications to the scope in your bid. o Include proposed floor thickness and reinforcement in your bid. All worked to start after March 31st, 2024, and be completed by October 31st, 2024. The Public Works and Infrastructure Committee reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to accept such bids that they deem to be in the best interest of La Crosse County.
