No advance appointment is necessary.
Bids must be submitted, on forms supplied, in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and addressed to the Jersey City Golden Door Charter School, 3040 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ 07306. Attn: Mr. Paul Velelis,School Business Administrator/Board Secretary with the caption "Sealed Bid" clearly indicating bid title, due date and time. Proposals submitted on forms other than herewith provided will be rejected. Bids shall be received, either in person, at the hour designated in this notice, at Golden Door Charter School, 3040 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Jersey City, New Jersey, 07306, OR previous thereto, by delivery or by mail to Jersey City Golden Door Charter School, 3040 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, New Jersey, 07306, Attention: Mr. Paul Velelis, Board Secretary. If bids are mailed or delivered in person ahead of the time for receipt to the designated location, they are to be inserted in a smaller bid envelope, sealed, and the small envelope is to be inserted into a larger envelope for mailing or delivery clearly marked "Sealed Bid".
