This Competitive Sealed Bid is released through online procurement portal. Anticipated Contract Start Date(M/d/yyyy):5/1/2024 Anticipated Contract End Date(M/d/yyyy): 6/20/2026 Deadline for the Submission of Questions Via Email: 03/06/24 by 4:00 pm to the authorized agency contact person: jdestra-louis@dot.nyc.gov. The project site is in Manhattan AND on Staten Island. The mandatory site visit will require bidders to be escorted to both sites. Following the pre-bid meeting, bidders will be shown the Manhattan site and then will travel by ferryboat to view the Staten Island site. Besides this being a mandatory site visit, both locations are in secure areas so visitors cannot visit the sites on their own in any case. In-Person Attendance - Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. Site Visit Following the Pre-Bid Conference: Date: 2/12/24 Time: 10:00 am. Site Visit Location: Whitehall Ferry Terminal 4 South Street NY, NY 10004. Meet just outside NYPD Police Room, located in Main Waiting Room of Terminal on 2nd Floor. Firms attending the pre-bid meeting and site visits must send an email to jdestra-louis@dot.nyc.gov stating the name and number of participants. Please limit the number of participants from each firm to no more than three (3) persons. 30% M/WBE
