Site work for a civil project in Dobbin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be performed under the provisions of these Contract Documents consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, labor, and supervision necessary for construction of facilities and installation of any and all equipment together with appurtenances for the work covered by these specifications. The work which shall consist of drilling and developing the Montgomery County MUD 164 Granger Pines WP 2 Well No. 1 and No. 2. Well No. 1 and No. 2 each shall consist of 682 feet of 10-inch steel casing cemented to 625 feet with 150 feet of 10-inch pipe-based stainless steel screen on 10-inch perforated steel pipe and 40 feet of 10-inch steel linerset within a 16-inch gravel packed bore. The well shall be equipped with a 500 gpm, 100 H.P. water lubricated vertical turbine lineshaft pump set with 652 feet of 6-inch steel column pipe. The project includes all site work necessary for well construction, including but not necessarily limited to clearing and grubbing and brush disposal; grading; and drainage ditching.
