As of April 3, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The project consists of the following major items for the existing stadium and track improvements: 1. Installation of Owner furnished stadium lights and other Owner furnished electrical equipment. Upgrading existing wall packs for egress illumination underneath stadium seats. Demolition of existing (4) stadium lights, wall packs, and an existing Duke Energy service. Refer to plans for additional information. Please note the separate substantial completion date required for the lighting scope as indicated in the schedule below. 2. Demolition/removal of existing track surface and various track & field events. 3. Installation of new track surface and other track & field events. 4. Provide track protector, runway rubber mats and vinyl pit covers as specified. 5. Installation of miscellaneous drainage items as shown on the plans. 6. Minor earth grading and installation of Bermuda sod around track area as indicated on the plans. 7. Clean, paint and repair existing stadium bleachers as specified on plans.
