A Bid Bond is not required. Performance and Payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract value shall be required from the successful bidder, following issuance of the Notice of Award by the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids, as the best interests of the Town may require. The Town further reserves the right to rebid any or all portion(s) of a bid that it feels may be non-competitive. Work shall be to provide the Town of Barrington (hereafter "Town") with completed ready-for- use facilities. Scope includes but is not limited to the following: Removal and Replacement of Existing Tennis and Basketball Courts with New Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball Courts. Incidental to these improvements are the installation of erosion control measures, renovation and installation of new fencing and gates, installation of Concrete Pads for Future Site Furnishing installation, restoration of any disturbed lawn and parking lot surfacing, and all work necessary to complete the project to the acceptance of the Town.
