**As of April 11, 2024, the project was awarded to Ainsworth Electrical for $348,415.00.** Reference Number 0000341839 This project generally includes the following: o Project to provide a new generator for the DPW facility, including all equipment to connect to existing equipment as indicated. o Associated site work including pavement and concrete utility pads for new equipment. An e-bond payable to the City of Southfield for a sum not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the Proposal shall be required with each Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds in the amount of 100% of the project. All vendors, including Minority (MBE), Women (WBE) and Disadvantaged (DBE) Business Enterprise contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers are encouraged to bid on this City of Southfield construction project. *The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the proposals. No bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days.
