Pearson School Board is issuing a public call for tenders to award a fixed price construction contract for the execution of the following work: complete replacement of the brick and windows of the main building, this mainly concerns the entire removal of the brick, installation of a membrane as well as sprayed urethane and new lintels, in addition to changing the windows , the work will take place at the St John Fisher SR school located at 121 SUMMERHILL AVE , Pointe-Claire, QC, H9R 2L8 . Expected duration of work : The work required under this call for tenders will begin on May 1 , 2024 at locations authorized by the CSLBP, and must be fully completed no later than November 30, 2024 , the date on which provisional acceptance must be carried out, (details in the administrative estimate). Visiting places Please note that the visit is strongly recommended for all bidding subcontractors and no further visits will be conducted. Representatives of the Client and professionals will be on site to answer questions from bidders. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
