Renovation of a transportation facility in Tomball, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This requirement is for the Repair Tower and Base building water damage caused by Hurricane Harvey David Wayne Hooks Airport in Tomball, Texas The FAA is exempt from state and local taxes; this exemption, however, does not pass through to the contractor. The contractor therefore will be responsible for all state, local, and other applicable taxes. All contractors must have an active registration in SAM (sam.gov) in order to receive the award. This Solicitation is a full and open competition. NAICS Code: 238290 Small Business Size Standard: $22.0M Estimated Project Magnitude is between $200,000.00 and $400,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this requirement. All pre-construction submittals must be approved before issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Site visit will be held February 21, 2024 at 0900. Please send a list of your site visit participants no later than February 16, 2024 1100 EST. All questions regarding the SIR should be submitted in writing to Rodgers Cox at Rodgers.L.Cox@faa.gov no later than 2/28/2024. Proposals are due no later than March 11, 2024 at 1100 EST. Any proposal received after March 11, 2024 at 1100 EST will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for award. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
