The City of Rochester (COR) Office of Training and Safety is currently located in a stand -alone building in Greece, located in Maplewood Park. There is another project underway that requires them to vacate that building by August of 2024. The present premises is currently configured to accommodate (4) large symmetrical classrooms in the center of the space with surrounding open space to the exterior windows. The perimeter of the space has a "historically significant" decorative ceiling. This project provides select interior modifications in order to modify the current layout to suit the needs of Office of Training and Safety.
