Saving Project...

Renovation of a stadium in Sainte-Marie-Saint-Raphael, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The work includes, but is not limited to the following: - Architectural modifications to the building interior; - Replacement of plumbing fixtures; - Modifications to the building's heating system; - Modifications to the building's electrical. Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the Northwest Regional Service Commission. The name of the tendering firm and the identification of the contract shall be indicated on the envelope. Complete the Work within 12 calendar weeks from notification of acceptance of this bid. The Work must be substantially completed within 12 weeks after acceptance of bid. Construction is to begin no later than two weeks after the Notice of Award. Electronic tender documents are available upon payment of $100.00 to Roy Consultants, which will be non-refundable.
