Contact Donna Deeter Contract Administrator 239-252-2622 Donna.Deeter@colliercountyfl.gov Scope to include: Berm area is approximately 2,208' x 28' averaged Provide and install pine straw mulch, approximately 3-4 inches thick, to the entire Berm area that is not part of the mowed grass pathway. If necessary, prior to installing pine straw, weed, mow grass, and utilize a string trimmer in areas of the Berm to optimize the pine straw mulch effectiveness. If necessary, prior to installing pine straw, remove vines at the ground and from the tree canopy as much as possible, without using lift equipment, to optimize pine straw mulch effectiveness. Debris and litter removal and proper disposal o Prior to installing pine straw mulch, remove all debris from the SCWRF Berm property. If it is not in the easement, the contractor is not required to remove it. The SCWRF property extends past the base of the berm into the flat ground at either end of the berm. If the debris is on the flat ground area at either end of the berm it will have to be removed. Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be compliant with Attachment B - Insurance Requirements. COI and a copy of the vendor's E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding (see "PO Terms and Conditions Rev.3" attached), and a newly dated and signed W9 must be provided to the County within one business day upon award notification from the County.
