Any Questions Regarding This Contract Are Due by 5pm on July 31st, 2025 and Can Be Directed to: Nate Ensley, Pe Nate.ensley@cityoflacey.org The range for this project is $2,400,000 to $2,700,000. Following Work: This Contract Provides for Installation of a New Electrical Control Building, a New Odor Control Unit, New Onsite Piping and Valve Vaults, a New Meter Vault, a New Standby Generator, New Temporary Bypass Connections, Bypass Pumping, Temporary Control Panels, New Yard Hydrant and Rpba, Landscaping, Irrigation, Surface Restoration, and Other Work. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check for Five Percent of the Amount of the Proposal Made Payable to the City Treasurer, or an Approved Bid Bond for Five Percent of the Amount of the Proposal Executed on the Approved Form Attached to These Specifications. If Bid Bond is Used, the Five Percent May Be Shown in Dollars and Cents or the Form May Be Filled in by Inserting Therein, in Lieu Thereof, Five Percent of the Amount of the Accompanying Proposal. Check of Unsuccessful Bidders Will Be Returned Immediately Upon Award of Contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
