The City of Escalon ("City") invites qualified, available and interested firm(s) to submit written proposals to provide contract general City engineering services. The term of the professional services agreement shall be for three (3) years commencing from the date the agreement is executed by the City Manager and/or Mayor until March 31, 2027, subject to certain conditions. The agreement may be extended for additional two (2) years, at the City's sole discretion. Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposals may not be submitted via email or fax. Once received, the proposal and supplementary documents become the property of the City and may be subject to public records laws. The City reserves the right to reject all proposals, to request additional information concerning any proposals for purposes of clarification, to accept or negotiate any modification to any proposal following the deadline for receipt of all proposals, and to waive any irregularities if such would serve the best interest of the City as determined by the Development Services Manager. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
