The Weakley County, Tennessee Department of Finance will be accepting bids on the following: Weakley County Schools Security Upgrades. Bids will encompass the following specific initiatives: 1. Access control (card readers) 2. Intrusion detection 3. Surveillance systems service, installation/upgrading 4. Annual fire panel inspections, monitoring & repair. Specifics (including but not limited to): Point ID, standard installation units (control panels, key pads, card readers, repeaters, contacts, transceivers, etc.) as needed to perform. Phone app and web browser based ability to manage activity. Software Phone app and web browser based ability to notify designated staff (school admin, asst., principal, asst, principal, SSC, SRO, etc.) - audible notification for office. Photo ID card reader. Control panels, other applicable parts, sold through distribution, not proprietary.
