The work under this contract includes fit-out of a portion of the 3rd floor of WRPS Central Division to include office space. Only contractors who have been successfully prequalified under PQ2024-03 may bid on this work. The project will be the renovation of a portion of the third floor of the WRPS Central Division facility located at 200 Frederick St. Kitchener. The entire facility has recently undergone extensive renovations with the third floor being left largely unfinished to accommodate future growth. The current condition of the space consists of concrete floors, a combination of unpainted concrete and gypsum walls, new windows, and minimal HVAC, lighting and sprinkler provisions.
