Scope Details Contractor will provide Fuel Site Maintenance, Repair and Testing for the Metro Office of Fleet Management, as specified. Pricing shall include delivery to the Office of Fleet Management Light Vehicle Shop located at 1417 Murfreesboro Road, Nashville, TN 37219 or one of the Fuel sites listed below. Metro Nashville General Services Department's Office of Fleet Management (OFM) is seeking qualified vendor(s) to provide inspection, testing, parts and maintenance services for OFM fuel sites and associated underground storage tanks (UST) with several locations throughout Davidson County. The successful contractor shall ensure sufficient parts are on hand for the maintenance of existing fuel dispensing and UST monitoring systems and the ability to acquire said replacement parts in a timely manner if not in stock. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Percentage Goal: 5 % All inquiries must be submitted by February 23, 2024 at 2:00 PM Central Standard Time using the online discussions feature of the iSupplier system. Questions will be answered formally via Amendment to the solicitation soon after the deadline for submitting questions. Offerors must clearly understand that the only official answer or position of Metro will be the one stated in writing by Division of Procurement staff All offers shall be valid for a period of one-hundred and fifty (150) days from the closing date of the solicitation unless another timeframe is agreed to by all parties. Submission of an offer does not afford rights to the offeror nor obligate Metro in any manner. Metro reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any offers submitted. The failure of an offeror to promptly supply information in connection with, or with respect to, reasonable requests may be grounds for a determination of non-responsibility.
