The project estimate is between $350,000 and $385,000. This is not a PSA project and does not require prequalification. The District requires that Bidders possess any of the following classification(s) of California State Contractors License(s), valid and in good standing, at the time of bid opening and contract award: B, or other appropriate license, subject to District approval. Bid Proposals may not be withdrawn by any Bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening of Bid Proposals.
