The Village of Northbrook is accepting bids for the purchase and delivery of one- half semi-load 23-25% hydro fluorosilicic acid. The vendor(s) shall provide the materials identified in the attachment. Hydrofluorosilicic acid supplied shall conform to AWWA Standard B703-11 and ANSI/NSF Standard 60 certification for use in potable water. The estimated quantity to be delivered shall be approximately 28 tons. Owner reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities of Unit Price Items, that payment for each Unit Price Item shall be made only on the actual number of acceptable units of such Unit Price Item in full compliance with this Contract, and that all claims or right to dispute or complain of any such estimated quantity, or to assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of any Unit Price Item to be provided or performed, is hereby waived and released.
