Cost Qualification Range for this work shall be $10,000,000.01 to $15,000,000.00. MBE Participation (%) 8.00 The WBE goal is 4%. Question Deadline March 12, 2024 Principal items of work for this contract include but are not limited to: Replacement of the existing bar screen; pumps and motors; Variable Frequency Drives; flood doors; roof at Elev. 146.20+/-; bubbler system; parts of the seal water system; and plumbing fixtures and hot water heater in the Rest Room. Installation of new flood barriers on all windows those are below the BFE 142.2 feet. Upgrade the existing HVAC; electrical; lighting; and instrumentation and control system. Description: The scope of Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Furnish and install two (2) new Catenary type screens 2. Furnish and install four (4) new Horizontal Centrifugal Sewage Pumps 3. Furnish and install temporary Bypass Pumping 4. Furnish and install four (4) new 600 HP motors and accessories 5. Furnish and install four (4) new 18 Pulse VFD/RVSS 6. Furnish and install one (1) new Roll-up Door 7. Furnish and install six (6) new Flood Doors 8. Furnish and install Flood Barriers on five (5) of the existing windows 9. Replace portions of the existing Roof 10. Re-coat the Station First Floor 11. Modify the Wet Well 12. Upgrade the existing Station HVAC System 13. Replace the Rest Room Plumbing Fixtures and Hot Water Heater 14. Upgrade the Station Process Control and Instrumentation System 15.
