**As of February 28, 2024 project was awarded to Mike’s Floor Covering, awarded amount is $26,692.25.** Morgan County Board of Commissioners are seeking bids replace flooring at the Administrative Building located at 150 E. Washington St. Madison, GA 30650. The specifications below address the specific requirements together with certain details as to finish and material preferences with which the successful bidder must conform. SCOPE OF WORK Remove existing flooring and baseboards/cove base as necessary. Install new LVP flooring in hallways, common areas and Tax Commissioners' suite. Flooring shall be Revolution Mills - Aspire Collection - Color: TBD Install LVP flooring above in hallway and waiting area of Tax Assessors' suite and carpet tiles in Tax Assessors' private offices. Carpet shall be Mohawk -Aladdin Surface Stitch - Color: Grenade (929) Re-install wood baseboards Install new cove base where necessary Move furniture during installation. Proposal Format The proposal shall be prepared simply and shall be straightforward and concise.
