ND VALLEY CITY NFH REPAIR MAINTENANCE COURTYARD ASPHALT DESCRIPTION: The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Valley City National Fish Hatchery (NFH) has a requirement to remove and replace the asphalt pavement and base course in the Maintenance Courtyard at the Valley City National Fish Hatchery. The project will also repair poor subgrade in the sub- excavation area, in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings.
