Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Milford, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Request for Proposal ("RFP") has been developed to solicit proposals from qualified respondents to provide network switches, modules, adapters, required licensing, and installation to upgrade eleven of the existing networking closets and its components of the Blue Ridge School District LAN. Based upon responses, the Blue Ridge School District at its sole discretion will determine in which manner it will award the aforementioned business. The upgrades are contingent upon BRSD receiving Category 2 E-Rate funding for internal connections in the 2024 year. If E- Rate funding for Category 2 internal connections is not granted, the project will not proceed, and all proposals will be denied. The purchase will take place after the District receives the award information concerning E-Rate and at the start of the new budget calendar on or after July 1, 2024.
