Curbside Collection And/or Disposal Of Single-stream Recyclable Materials Bids shall be made on the forms furnished by the Borough and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, made payable to the Borough of Media and shall be valid and binding for a forty-five (45) day period after the date of the opening of the bids. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Borough. The Borough reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. The Borough also has the right to accept any one part of the pricing proposal and may select multiple vendors.
