Construction of an eight-storey building at KPU's Surrey campus adding over 350 student beds and a160-seat dining hall. TIMELINE: A request for proposal from qualified firms with knowledge and experience with providing Project Management Services was previously issued for this project. The intent is to select a qualified supplier to provide Chief Project Officer and Project Management Team Services for the proposed project. A preferred proponent has yet to be disclosed. Further update in early 2026.
